You're My Pet

Eun-Yi works as an editor for a fashion magazine. She keeps failing in relationships with men, but doesnt get along with her colleagues. In-Ho was a promising ballet dancer.
Two years ago he lifted a female dancer, but dropped her on accident. Because of this accident the woman was unable to dance any further and, now, In-Ho wont dance with women anymore. In-Ho now hopes to become a musical choreographer. Unfortunately for In-Ho, he doesnt have a place to stay. He goes to a bar where his friend Eun-Soo works. Later that night, Eun-Soo takes In-Ho over to his older sister's house (fashion magazine editor Eun-Yi).

When Eun-Yi arrives at her home, she walks into the bathroom and sees someone brushing her teeth. As she walks by she pats him on his rear end, assuming the guy is her younger brother Eun-Soo. When the guy turns around she shocked that it is a complete stranger. Eun-Soo then asks his older sister Eun-Yi if In-Ho can stay at her place temporarily, telling her that he's really good with household chores. Eun-Yi disapproves of the idea, but that night Eun-Soo accepts money from In-Ho to stay at her sister's place.

The next evening, on a rainy night, Eun-Yi walks home and finds a large blue box on front of her home. When she looks inside of the box she shocked again to see the guy the from the other day, In-Ho, sitting in the box. Ji-Eun brings sopping wet In-Ho into her apartment, while she tries to contact her younger brother. Her younger brother doesnt answer her calls. Oddly enough, In-Ho reminds Eun-Yi of her former pet dog Momo. Eun-Yi then comes up with an arrangement. She will let In-Ho stay at her apartment if he will become her pet dog named Momo.

As they become more familiar and comfortable with each other, Eun-Yi's first love Cha Woo-Sung comes to her office looking for her.

Seducing Mr. Perfect

Min-joon is a believer in true love and always very dedicated to her current boyfriend. However, men always break up with her - her latest boyfriend ends their relationship on her birthday. I Do, I Do

Ji-An is a successful shoes designer and a director at a high-end shoe company. Even though Ji-An is in her late 30's, she isn't interested in marriage. The only thing Ji-An cares about is shoes and her job. Meanwhile, 20 something year old Tae-Gang dreams of becoming rich, but for now he works with his dad making imitation high-end shoes.

While Ji-An attends her father's 70th birthday party, she receives a phone call that something is wrong with the prep work for a fashion show. Ji-An leaves the party and rushes to the fashion show, but on her way there she runs into a motorcycle driven by Tae-Gang. They have an argument over who caused the accident, but, finally, Ji-An offers to pay for the minor damages on his motorcycle if he gives her a lift to the fashion show. Tae-Gang accepts and Ji-An makes it to the show and fixes the problem.

Afterwards, Tae-Gang takes Ji-An to the hotel where her father is having his birthday celebration. When they arrive, Ji-An discovers that her parents have already left. Tae-Gang then takes her to the Seoul Station to catch her parents before they leave. Ji-An is able catch up to her parents right before they board the train. Her father complains about Ji-An leaving early and they have an argument. After her parents leave Ji-An cries on a bench. Tae-Gang follows her to get money for his motorcycle repair.

They then begin to talk and discover that they have some things in common, like not being the greatest kids to their parents. They then go to a restaurant which Tae-Gang's friend runs. When they are about to leave, Tae-Gang tries to put her into a taxi, but she is so drunk he can't. The next morning they find themselves laying on a bed together. They are both freaked out. Prior to leaving, they both pretend nothing happened.

Ji-An sees a doctor. The doctor warns her that she is going to experience menopause soon. Back at work, Ji-An has trouble selling shoes because of fake products. To catch the counterfeit shoemakers, she walks around a shopping area at night. There, she runs into a guy with a bag of counterfeit shoes. She's surprised to see that the guy is Tae-Gang.

Twelve Men in a Year

Mi-Roo has a boyfriend named Jin-Oh and they have lived together for one year. In fact, Jin-Oh is the only boyfriend Mi-Roo has ever had. One day, her friend Tanya tells her that Jin-Oh bought a diamond ring for her Christmas present. Ecstatic Mi-Roo goes out and buys an expensive watch for Jin-Oh in return. At her office, Mi-Roo's boss chews her out for missing the interview. Her boss then orders Mi-Roo to go pickup a manuscript from Sophia, a famous sex columnist. Mi-Roo meets Sophia at a coffee shop. Sophia shows up completely covered, even with a scarf covering most of her face. Mi-Roo tells Sophia that astrology signs decides fate.

Days later, Mi-Roo is still waiting for the manuscript. When the deadline nears, Mi-Roo goes to Sophia's house to get the manuscript herself. She sees a man about to enter her house and asks the guy where Sophia is. The man says that Sophia told him that fate isn't decided by astrology signs, but by people and then left. Mi-Roo now realizes that she won't get the manuscript in time and is devastated. She goes to have a drink. A lot of drinks. Back at her apartment, Mi-Roo receives a phone call from her boss. A young woman named Jihyun was enjoying absolute bliss as she was about to be married with her fiancé, but her perfect life is shattered in a car accident that left her in a coma. In order to do this, she borrows the body of Yikyung, a part-time employee at a convenience store.

This drama was quite unpredictable. This is good and bad, but I’m putting it in the bad section because the most surprising and shocking part of this drama was very disappointing to me. We go through the entire drama watching Jihyun struggle and try to get 3 tears so that she can regain her life, and once she does manage to collect all 3 tears, we rejoice at her success. We’re glad and happy that she can live and not die. But then in the last episode, we find out that she’s actually going to return to death. She has been scheduled to die in a matter of days right after she comes back to life from her coma. How sad is that?! We reach the climax and we are made to believe that the resolution will be a joyful one, but in the end, Jihyun dies. That’s just great. We expect good things to come but we get the opposite.

Yoguretten - Torte

Ingredients:
2 dünne Tortenboden (Biskuit, 2-teilig), heller
2 Becher Schmand
2 Becher Schlagsahne
750 g Erdbeeren
2 Tafeln Schokoriegel (Yogurette, je 8 Riegel)
3 Pck. Sahnesteif

Directions:
Die Schlagsahne schlagen. Das Sahnesteif hinzufügen und so lange schlagen, bis es eine feste Konsistenz hat. Den Schmand unterrühren. Die Erdbeeren putzen, in Würfelchen schneiden und hinzugeben. Die Yoguretten-Riegel fein hacken und zur Masse geben.

Die Hälfte der entstandenen Masse auf den ersten Biskuitboden verteilen und glatt streichen. Den zweiten Biskuitboden darauf legen und die restliche Masse darauf verteilen und glatt streichen. Den Kuchen ca. 3 Std. kalt stellen.

Pangasius Roulade auf Speck-Vogerlsalat

Ingredients:
1 kg Ikan Pangasius
Vogerlsalat
Speck
Garam
Merica
Perasan Jeruk Nipis
3 sdm Senf
3 sdm Minyak
3 sdm Cuka
3 sdm Air

Directions:
Daging ikan pangasius dilumuri garam & merica & sdkt perasan jeruk nipis. Gulung dan dgn bantuan tusuk gigi dijaga agar gulungan tidak terbuka.
Oven 180 derajat selama 30 menit.
Sementara itu siapkan dressing untuk salat : Senf, minyak, cuka dan air diaduk, tambahkan garam & merica sesuai selera.
Sajikan gulungan ikan di atas salat.

Polar-Dorsch im Prosciutto-Mantel auf Rucola Salat

Ingredients:
8 Iglo Polar-Dorsch (1 1/2 Pkg. à 400 g)
16 Scheiben Prosciutto (nicht zu dünn geschnitten)

Directions:
Den Polar-Dorsch noch gefroren mit wenig Salz und Zitronensaft würzen; mit Prosciutto umwickeln.
Backrohr auf 180 °C vorheizen, Polar-Dorsch in eine beschichtete Pfanne geben und für ca. 18 Minuten ins Rohr (mittlere Schiene / Gitterrost) stellen, bis der Prosciutto knusprig ist.

Birnen mit Mascarponecreme

Ingredients:
2 kaleng Birnen
Mascarpone
Joghurt
Orange

Directions:
Aduk Mascarpone, Joghurt dan 3 sdm sirup dari buah Pear kalengan. Masukkan adonan ini ke dalam tiap2 belahan buah Pear.
Sajikan dengan buah jeruk.

Broccolicremesuppe

Ingredients:
250 g Brokkoli
1 Stück Zwiebel ( gewürfelt )
1 EL Öl
Salz, Pfeffer
1/4 L Gemüsebrühe
2 EL Creme fraiche


Directions:
Den Zwiebel und die Brokkoliröschen im heißen Öl andünsten, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, Brühe angießen und ca. 10 Minuten garen.
Ein paar Brokkoliröschen herausnehmen, restliche in der Brühe mit dem Pürierstab pürieren, dann das Creme fraîche unterrühren, gut abschmecken, die Brokkoliröschen wieder zufügen.

Mandarinentorte ohne Backen

Ingredients:
2 kaleng jeruk Mandarin
500 gr Mascarpone
200 gr Naturjoghurt
80 gr gula
3 sdm Zitronensaft
300 gr Eierbiskotten

Directions:
Aduk Mascarpone, naturjoghurt, gula dan 3 sdm Zitronensaft. Pisahkan jeruk kalengan dari sirupnya. Celupkan Eierbiskotten ke dalam air jeruk kalengan dan susun di cetakan kue. Tuang campuran cream Mascarpone ke atas susunan biskuit. Masukkan jeruk kaleng secukupnya ke atas lapisan Mascarpone. Ulangi lagi dgn menyusun biskuit dan tuangi lagi dengan lapisan Mascarpone. Sisakan jeruk beberapa utk hiasan di atas kue dan cream Mascarpone utk mengolesi pinggiran kue.
Diamkan selama minimal 2 jam dlm kulkas, lepaskan cetakan bulat dan olesi cream sisa di pinggirannya.

Gartenerdbeeren und Heumilcheis

Ingredients:
400 ml süße Sahne
250 g Mascarpone
3 Eigelb
1 Vanilleschote(n), das Mark davon
100 g Zucker
2 Pck. Vanillezucker

Directions:
Die Eigelbe in ein hohes Gefäß füllen. Die Sahne dazu gießen und alles kräftig mit einem Schneebesen umrühren. Die Vanilleschote auskratzen und das Mark, sowie den Zucker und den Vanillezucker unterrühren. Mit einem Mixer auf höchster Stufe etwa 30 Sekunden mixen.

Den Mascarpone dazugeben und kräftig unterrühren. Die Mischung in der Eismaschine gefrieren lassen.

Schoko-Orangen-Pudding

Ingredients:
- Bubuk pudding coklat Nutrisari
- Topfen & jus jeruk
- Coklat crispy rasa jeruk & potongan jeruk untuk hiasan

Directions:
- Rebus pudding coklat instant sesuai petunjuk, cetak dlm gelas saji, dinginkan di kulkas hingga mengeras
- Aduk 150gr topfen dengan 100ml jus jeruk
- Tambahkan adonan topfen ke atas pudding dan sajikan dgn irisan jeruk & crispi coklat

Überraschungseier

Ingredients:
- 1 btr telur
- salat & tomat
- jagung, paprika merah & kacang polong

Directions:
- Olesi gelas saji dengan mentega dan masukan telur mentah ke dalam gelas saji
- Tambahkan 3 sdm campuran jagung. paprika merah & kacang polong
- Rebus gelas saji (yg berisi telur mentah & sayuran) selama kurang lbh 10-15 menit, tergantung selera & ketebalan gelas saji
- Sajikan dengan salat & tomat

Ayam Saus Orange

* 1 daging ayam bagian dada
* 80gr tepung terigu
* 250 ml jus jeruk
* 2-3 jeruk
* 2 siung bawang putih
* 2-3 sendok makan kecap asin
* 2 sendok makan madu
* 1 sendok teh lada merah
* 1 sendok teh garam
* 1/2 sendok teh bubuk merica
* 1 sendok makan wijen
* 1/2-1 sendok makan tepung kentang atau tepung terigu
* minyak goreng untuk menggoreng rendam

Directions:
Bahan saus / marinade :
Jus jeruk, bawang putih yg dikeprek, kecap asin, madu, lada merah, garam & merica dicampur lalu dimasak hingga mendidih.
Tuang bhn saus ke dada ayam yg sdh dipotong kotak2. Diamkan dlm kulkas selama 30 mnt.

Tiriskan ayam yg telah direndam, lalu lumuri dgn tepung & merica & garam. Goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan tp tdk sampai garing. Angkat dari penggorengan.

Sisa bahan saus / marinade dimasukan dlm panci penggorengan hingga mendidih lalu larutkan tepung terigu dgn 3 sdm air dan tambahakan ke dlm saus yg mendidih, aduk2 hingga tdk menggumpal dan masukan ayam yg telah digoreng dgn tepung.

Sajikan dgn salat & irisan jeruk.

Nutrisari Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
- 1 pak Nutrisari bubuk pudding rasa coklat & sayur
- 700ml air
- 7 sdm gula
- buah kaleng yang disukai

Directions:
Olah puding sesuai petunjuk di kemasan Nutrisari. Setelah matang taruh di cetakan pudding. Sajikan dingin2 dgn buah pilihan.

Pangasius mit Mango- und Tomatensauce

Ingredients:
- 4 Pangasius Filet
- tepung, merica, garam
- minyak
- Petersilie
- Buah mangga kaleng
- 500gr Tomat Cherry

Directions:
Ikan Pangasius dilumuri merica & garam, diamkan bbrp saat. Lumuri dengan tepung dan panaskan minyak di wajan. Ketika minyak telah panas, goreng hingga kecoklatan.
Taburi Ikan dengan petersilie dan siapkan bahan saus.
Masak tomat cherry di 500 ml air mendidih hingga sdkt pecah kulitnya. Campurkan mangga kalengan dgn tomat cherry yang sdh dimasak. Aduk air mangga dgn air rebusan tomat dan siram di ikan sblm disajikan. Bila suka, tumis bawang bombay sbg pelengkap.

1 btng daun bawang
1 siungbawang putih
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt gula pasir
200 ml air
merica, garam dan 1 bungkus Soja Pasta

Directions:
Iris tipis daun bawang. Cincang bawang putih sampai halus.
Potong kotak2 tahu putih. Tumis bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan tahu, air, garam, Soja Pasta, lada bubuk.
Setelah mendidih angkat.
Sajikan hangat2.

Risol Abang Abang

Description:
risoles abang2 yang isi bihun untuk pelengkap Soto Mie

Ingredients:
Bahan Isi:
250 gr bihun, rendam, tiriskan
1 bh wortel, serut
1 btg daun bawang, rajang
50 ml minyak goreng

Bumbu, haluskan:
3 bh bawang putih
½ sdt lada halus
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu bubuk

Directions:
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Kecilkan api, masukkan bihun, aduk hingga rata.
Masukkan wortel dan daun bawang. Aduk rata. Angkat.
Ambil satu lembar kulit, beri 1 sdm isi ditengahnya, lipat dan gulung seperti lumpia.
Goreng dalam minyak banyak hingga kuning kecoklatan. Angkat.

Karreesteak mit Zwiebelkruste

Ingredients:
• 1 Packung Karreesteaks mariniert in Streifen geschnitten
• 1 Stück Jungzwiebel in Streifen
• 50 gramm Kohl in Streifen
• ½ Stange Lauch in Ringe

Directions:
Etwas Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen, Fleisch scharf anbraten
und aus der Pfanne nehmen. Im gleichen Öl das Gemüse
anbraten, Fleisch mit dem Fleischsaft wieder zugeben und das fertige Gericht noch etwas
köcheln lassen.

Bala Bala

Ingredients:
200 gr tepung terigu
150 gr kol diiris halus
5 sdm jagung manis
1 btg daun bawang diiris halus
air secukupnya
1 btr telur

Bumbu halus :
2 butir bawang putih
¼ sdt merica
1 sdt garam
1 sdm royco rasa ayam

Directions:
Campur semua bahan dan bumbu halus aduk-aduk sambil diberi air secukupnya.
Panaskan minyak lalu goreng satu sendok demi satu sendok hingga kekuningan dan matang, angkat,tiriskan.

Hühnerbrust in Paprika-Orangen Sauce

Ingredients:
* 4 Stück Hühnerbrüste (ausgelöst)
* 1 Becher Rama Cremefine zum Verfeinern
* 1/4 l Orangensaft (frisch gepresst)
* 1 Stück Paprika (rot)
* 1 Stück Zwiebel (klein)
* 4 Blätter Basilikum
* Salz
* Pfeffer
* Olivenöl (zum Braten)

Directions:
Die Hühnerbrüste salzen, pfeffern und in einem flachen Topf in Olivenöl gut anbraten.

Aus dem Topf nehmen und beiseite stellen. Im selben Topf Paprika und Zwiebel anschwitzen, salzen und mit Orangensaft ablöschen. Die Hühnerbrüste wieder einlegen und zugedeckt bei kleinem Feuer 12 Minuten dünsten.

Rama Cremefine zum Verfeinern unter die Sauce rühren und mit frisch geschnittenem Basilikum vollenden.

Holunder Sorbet

Ingredients:
2 Eiklar aus Bodenhaltung
Holunderblütensirup
150g Zucker
1 Flasche Sekt

Directions:
Holunder Sirup mit Leitungswasser aufgießen (je nach Geschmack mehr oder weniger süß). Die Eier trennen. Eiklar steif schlagen und den Zucker dabei einrieseln lassen. Die Holunder-Wasser-Mischung vorsichtig unterrühren. Die Masse im Tiefkühler gefrieren lassen, bis sie beginnt fest zu werden. Dann mit dem Handmixer aufschlagen und wieder gefrieren lassen. Diesen Vorgang 3x wiederholen. Das Holunder Sorbet in Sektschalen servieren und mit dem Sekt aufgießen.

Garnelen im Speckmantel mit cremigen Gurken

Ingredients:
12 Rießengarnelen
12 dünne scheiben Bacon
1 Salatgurke
5 EL Creme Fraich
Salz und Pfeffer
Butterschmalz
1 TL Honig
1 Schuss Gemüsebrühe
Butter

Directions:
Je eine Garnele in eine Scheibe Bacon einwickeln und in einer Pfanne mit Butterschmalz von jeder Seite ca.2 Minn leicht braun anbraten und die Butter zugeben, bis es leicht schäumt.

Jetzt den Honig rein und evtl Kümmel dazu, je nach Geschmack. Nochmal kurz braten.

Jetzt die Gurke schälen und der Länge nach vierteln. Kerner raus nd in schräge Stückchen schneiden. In einer weiteren Pfanne etwas Butter kurz anschwenken, mit einem Schuss Brühe aufgießen, die Gurken darin dünsten. Creme fraich mit Salz und frisch gemalenen Pfeffer aus der Mühle hinzugeben. Die Pfeffergurken in der Mitte des Tellers geben und mit den Garnelen anrichten.

Gebackene Champignons mit Sauce Tartare

Ingredients:
Für die Sauce Tartare :
400 g Qiminaise, Mayonnaise ohne Ei mit nur 20% Fett
60 g Essiggurken, fein geschnitten
40 g Kapern, fein gehackt
20 g Petersilie, fein gehackt
Salz
Pfeffer

Für die gebackenen Champignons :
1500 g Champignons
Zitronensaft
Salz und Pfeffer
Mehl
Eier
Semmelbrösel
Geklärte Butter [Butterschmalz]

Directions:
1. Für die Sauce Tartare Qiminaise, Essiggurken, Kapern, Petersilie, Salz und Pfeffer vermischen
2. Champignons putzen, würzen, nach Wiener Art panieren und in Butterschmalz backen

Spätzle

Ingredients:
* 125 g Mehl (griffig)
* 1/2 Becher Rama Cremefine zum Verfeinern
* 1 Stück Ei
* 1 Stück Dotter
* Salz
* Pfeffer
* Muskat


Directions:
Alle Zutaten zügig miteinander verrühren. Die Masse durch ein Spätzleeisen in kochendes Salzwasser treiben, einmal aufkochen lassen und abseihen.

Blätterteig gefüllt mit Spinat und Mascarpone

Ingredients:
* 1 Packung Blätterteig (270g)
* 1 Packung Spinat
* 1 Zehe Knoblauch (gehackt)
* 1 EL Olivenöl
* 200 g Mascarpone
* Basilikumblätter (frisch)
* Salz
* Pfeffer (aus der Mühle)
* 1 Stück Ei (zum Bestreichen)


Directions:
Frischen Blätterteig auf Backpapier entrollen und das Backrohr auf 210° C vorheizen. Spinat auftauen und mit Salz, Pfeffer und gehacktem Knoblauch würzen. Mascarpone zur ausgekühlten Spinatmasse geben und Basilikumblätter vorsichtig unterheben. Teig in 15 Quadrate, Format 8 x 8 cm, schneiden (oder 8 Rechtecke à 12 x 10 cm) und mit verquirltem Ei bestreichen. Die Fülle mittig auf den Teigquadraten platzieren, Teig diagonal zu einem Dreieck zusammenschlagen. Auf mittlerer Schiene ca. 12 Min. goldbraun backen.
