Ingredients:
250 g Fett (Ceres)
200 g Schokolade, Vollmilch
200 g Schokolade (Kochschokolade)
100 g Puderzucker
1 Pck. Vanillezucker
500 g Froot Loops
Directions:
Die Ceres über Wasserbad erweichen und die Schokolade darin schmelzen; die Froot Loops mit dem Zucker vermengen und die zerlassene Schokolade darüber leeren und gut vermengen. Anschließend kleine Häufchen in kleine Konfektförmchen (aus Papier) setzen und erkalten lassen.
Ayam Saos Padang

Ingredients:
500 gram ayam
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan (tdk dipakai krn ga doyan)
2 sdm minyak goreng
150 gram Brokoli
Bumbu halus :
7 buah cabai merah besar
5 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 buah tomat
1 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe (tdk dipakai krn tdk doyan)
Garam secukupnya
Directions:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk, lengkuas hingga harum.
2. Masukkan ayam, masak hingga matang. Tambahkan brokoli, aduk rata. Angkat, sajikan.

Broccoli-Käse-Strudel

Blätterteig
700gr Broccoli
150gr Creme fraiche
3 Dotter
Salz, Pfeffer
200 gr gekochter Schinken
100 gr geriebener Käse
Directions:
Broccoli 3 min in Salzwasser kochen, weich dünsten, abgießen, kalt abschrecken mit Creme fraiche & Dotter purieren. Schinken klein würfeln. Mit Salz & Pfeffer abschmecken.
Broccolipüree aufstreichen, gereiebenen Käse darüberstreuen, Teigblätter einrollen.
Mit Dotter bestreichen, 180 Grad 30 min backen.

Black Pepper Chicken
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash white pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, divided
1 cup chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 cup sliced onion
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced paprika (bell pepper)
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
2 teaspoons Water
Directions:
In a bowl, combine salt, sugar, soy sauce, white pepper and 1/2 tsp. cornstarch; add chicken and coat all sides. Let rest for about 15 minutes.
In a wok or large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil, saute marinated chicken, cook 3 minutes or until barely cooked through; remove chicken and drain.
Heat the remaining tablespoon oil in wok, add garlic and onion, saute until golden brown. Add chicken and black pepper with remaining vegetables. Add 1/2 cup water and chili oil. Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 2 teaspoons water. Add to mixture and cook until mixture thickens.
