We get tortured and abused because of how much we want to see violence. He gives us the violence and makes us go through with the pain. Ingredients:
bahan Blinis :
250 gr tepung
15 gr Germ
1 sdt gula
125 ml susu
garam
2 btr telur
sauerrahm buat dioleskan
50 gr Kaviar
Directions:
- Aduk rata bahan blinis lalu siapkan wajan
- krn ga punya cetakan kue dadar yg bulet2 kecil, gue tuang 2 sdm bahan blinis ke panci lalu bolak balik biar kecoklatan n mengembang
- angkat lalu lakukan ulang untuk tiap 2 sdm bahan blinis
- blinis disajikan dgn sauerrahm n kaviar di atasnya
- dinikmati dgn eisbergsalat

2 Stück Schweinskoteletts (doppelt geschnitten/Schmetterlingsschnitt á 100 g)
1/8 l Rindsuppe
1/4 l Zwickl Bier
1/16 l Obers
1/4 Zwiebel, fein gehackt
Salz, Pfeffer
Staubzucker
Mehl zum Wenden
Öl und Butter
Kürbisfülle:
1/4 kg Kürbis, julienne geschnitten (am besten schmeckt Muskatkürbis)
1/4 Zwiebel, geschnitten
geschrotete Kürbiskerne
Kürbiskernöl
Salz und Pfeffer
Erdäpfelnudeln:
Fertigware (auf gute Qualität achten)
Butter
Directions:
Den Kürbis, die Zwiebel und die geschroteten Kürbiskerne in einer Schüssel mit dem Kürbiskernöl vermengen, salzen und pfeffern.
Die doppelt geschnittenen Schweinskoteletts aufklappen und klopfen. Die Innenseite salzen und pfeffern. Zur Hälfte mit der Kürbisfülle belegen und die jeweils andere Fleischhälfte darüber schlagen. Jetzt die Außenseiten salzen, pfeffern und in Mehl wenden.
In einer Pfanne mit ein wenig heißem Pflanzenöl die Koteletts ungefähr 3 Minuten pro Seite anbraten. Kurz vor dem Fertiggaren den fein gehackten Zwiebel beigeben und mit ein wenig Staubzucker süßen. Danach mit Zwickl Bier und Rindsuppe ablöschen und mit Obers und ein wenig Butter finalisieren.
Zwischenzeitlich die Erdäpfelnudeln kochen und in einer Pfanne in Butter schwenken.
Auf Teller anrichten und heiß servieren. Dazu passt vorzüglich ein Zwickl Bier.
